This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, a comfy bar area, and 24-hour reception meet all my needs. The staff once found my lost barrette, and they’re always friendly and helpful. I’m coming back for Christmas!

The room was really ample for a quick overnight stay, and I loved the complimentary wine and cheese event at night. I enjoyed unwinding in the cozy lounge area while sipping on a drink. Just a heads up, the room was a bit noisy at times, but overall, it was a great experience! 🥂

missingWrote a review on Oct 18excellent locationclean roomtight spacelimited breakfastlacking dinner options
Excellent location with many attractions within walking distance and a metro station just 7 minutes away. The small but well-arranged room was clean and newly furnished, providing a comfortable stay. the tight space can feel limiting, and the breakfast offered at a hotel cafe, while decent, may not satisfy those looking for a traditional buffet experience. Dinner options were lacking, particularly for those wishing to try local cuisine.

easy access to major attractions near bustling restaurants
I stayed here for a weekend and loved being just a 500 meters walk from Trafalgar Square and about a 15-minute stroll to the British Museum, which made it super easy to explore these iconic landmarks without wasting time on transport. The staff were really friendly and quick to help with my queries.

Complimentary wine and cheese evenings, Convenient public transport access, Compact yet thoughtfully designed rooms
The lack of window options in some rooms feels a bit claustrophobic!!! Bathroom privacy is seriously lacking with those frosted glass walls!!! A stronger shower pressure would also drastically improve the experience!!!

Perfect location and fantastic evening events!
I had a wonderful stay with a fantastic location just minutes from public transport and popular attractions. The room was compact yet cleverly designed, with all the essentials at hand, including a super comfy bed. The complimentary wine and cheese event in the evening was a delightful way to unwind and socialize. the room did feel a bit small, which may not be ideal for everyone.

Had a fantastic time with friends. We explored the lively South Bank and relaxed while cruising the coast at sunset. The room was tidy, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads up, the small space may feel cramped for some, but the awesome atmosphere makes up for it!
The green health & safety light in the room shone bright at night, which made it tough to sleep.

The modern room was compact yet stylish, perfect for a short city visit, though the lack of window made it feel confined. The staff were friendly and provided complimentary cheese and wine, a lovely touch. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was a bit noisy and left a lot to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Aug 31massive tvcomplimentary winecozy atmospherepoor breakfastnoisy environmentglass partition
The room was incredibly small, hard to move around without bumping into things. I opted for a Queen Room without a window, but it felt like a bit of a trap because of the glass partition in the bathroom. I could see straight into the hallway from the room, losing a sense of privacy. The bed was quite comfortable, and the TV was massive, making my evenings cozy. Location-wise, it’s a win. Just a short walk to public transport and several key attractions. The complimentary cheese and wine in the evening really made my stay special. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my time. Unfortunately, the breakfast situation left a lot to be desired. Miscommunication meant I didn’t get the buffet I'd expected. The shower pressure could have been stronger too. Noise from the street and cleaning staff made it hard to enjoy a peaceful night.

the location was amazin! so close to tube station and easy to walk everywhere. the room was clean and modern, which was nice. i slept really well because the blackout blinds were great. plus, the price was really good for the area, so that's a bonus!
the room was super small, like barely enough space to move. also, it got quite noisy from the street outside, so bring ear plugs for sure.

The complimentary wine and cheese each evening is a nice touch, creating a relaxed vibe after a long day. Rooms are compact yet cleverly designed, maximizing the limited space without feeling cramped, perfect for short stays.
Privacy is a significant issue due to frosted glass walls in the bathrooms. you can almost see your roomies doing their business. The air conditioning struggled in the heat, making rooms uncomfortably warm, especially on the third floor. it felt like an oven at times. Limited storage space left several guests feeling cramped, and those on the lower floors might deal with some noise from the street. Breakfast offerings were inconsistent, with some finding the selection less than inspiring—nothing like starting your day with a mediocre fry-up. The layout of some family rooms, meant for four, felt impractical and lacked sufficient privacy, which might make it tricky for groups traveling together.
